Studies in Nutrition and Food Science (B.Sc.) at the University of Applied Sciences Hamburg and the California State University Long Beach. Master’s degree in Sustainability Science (M.Sc.) at Leuphana University Lüneburg.
Tanja has experience in monitoring and conducting corporate carbon footprints and product carbon footprints as well as True Cost Accounting projects since 2019. Her focus is on the food and agriculture industry and especially the collection and analysis of primary data from agricultural farms. She also supports companies in the development and implementation of climate strategies by developing and analyzing emission reduction pathways for the food value chain where especially regenerative agriculture practices play an important role.
Before joining Soil & More Impacts, Tanja gained practical experience in the food industry mainly in product development.
Tanja previously worked at Soil & More Impacts and has been supporting sustainable since 2022.
