Kristina studied Organizational Psychology at the University of Freiburg. Further qualification in the field of environmental management at the Fernuniversität Hagen.

Several years of experience in various consultancies and in-house in the area of change management. Kristina accompanied the implementation of strategic transformation projects – besides sustainability transformations also reorganizations, post-merger integrations, process and IT implementations in various industries.

Program Director for Corporate Relations at GoodPlanet in Belgium. Kristina developed and implemented sustainability awareness and engagement formats for managers and employees, for example sustainability workshops, team buildings and team challenges.

Worked for two years at the United Nations (UNDP, UNHCR) in the areas of organizational and human resources development.

Main focus at sustainable: sustainable change – supporting sustainability transformation processes and the implementation of sustainability strategies.

Kristina has been with sustainable since 2022.
