Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) in Environmental Engineering at RWTH Aachen University, followed by a Master of Science (M.Sc.) in Sustainable Resource Management at the Technical University of Munich (TUM) with fields of specialization in renewable energies and sustainable agriculture and a semester abroad in Norway at the NMBU.

Jana gained practical experience as a working student at Stadtwerke München (SWM) focusing on decentralized energy solutions. 

At sustainable, her main focus of work includes the support of the development and implementation of climate strategies as well as advising industrial companies covered by the EU Emissions Trading Scheme.

Jana has been with sustainable since 2021.
