Studied at Hotelschool Den Haag and Hamburg School of Business Administration.

Many years of experience (since 2011) in the development and implementation of CSR strategies for companies. Focus on project management, purchasing and controlling in international companies along the food supply chain.

This experience entailes conducting materiality analyses, setting up governance structures, supporting employee-led CSR projects, with a strong focus on defining targets, reporting and monitoring KPIs to support target achievement. These activities require working and interacting with staff at the operational level up to C- level.

Sophie previously worked at Soil & More Impacts and has been supporting sustainable with her expertise since April 2022.
