B.A. in Economics at the Justus Liebig University in Giessen with a focus on Business Economics, and Master’s degree in Business Administration at the Otto von Guericke University in Magdeburg.

She gained practical experience in the department for technical and industrial trainees at Bosch Thermotechnik GmbH and in the HR department of Hermes Fulfilment GmbH.

Her main focus at sustainable is the support of employees.
