B.Sc. in Agricultural Sciences and M.Sc. in Developing Economics with focus on rural development and quantitative economics at Georg-August-University Göttingen and Stellenbosch University (South Africa).

Work experience: Research assistant at the University of Göttingen at the Department of Agricultural Economics and Rural Development. Internship at KfW Development Bank in the team “Environment and Climate in Southeast Asia”. Internship at the International Fund for Agricultural Development (IFAD) in the team for environment and climate change adaptation. Internship at the German Agency for International Cooperation (GIZ) in the sector project for rural development. 

Jacob´s focus at sustainable ist in the area of Agricultural Solutions.
