Bachelor’s degree in International Business (B.Sc.) including Honours College (B.A.) at the University of Groningen in the Netherlands. Subsequently, Global Business & Sustainability (M.Sc.) at the Rotterdam School of Management, also in the Netherlands, with a stay abroad in Milan, Italy. Major fields of study include circular economy, energy management.

Finn gained practical experience during his apprenticeship as a banker at VR Bank Neumünster eG and in the sustainability department of Tchibo GmbH.

His focus at sustainable is the development and implementation of climate strategies, especially in the financial sector. This includes conducting materiality analyses, as well as calculating greenhouse gas emissions and developing climate targets.

Finn has been with sustainable since 2023.
